Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return request, please contact us at support@v100store.com with your order number, the email address used during checkout, and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should also be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Used items
Items damaged by the customer
Personal care or hygiene-related products
Items that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons
Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
A short explanation of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or defective item, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the return shipping cost or provide another solution.

If the return is requested because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@v100store.com.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
