V100Store currently serves customers in the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is usually 8–15 business days after the order has been processed, unless a different delivery estimate is shown on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping carrier, and destination address.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free shipping on selected products. If any shipping cost applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout whenever available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number.

International Fulfillment Notice

Some products may be fulfilled from international warehouses. This means that your order may be shipped from outside the United States, depending on the product and supplier.

Shipping Delays

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@v100store.com with your order number and any available photos or tracking information.

We will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier or supplier.
